Q: How can I get a mock up sample of what my personalised label will look like?
Simple – just send an email to
sales@promobevaustralia.com.au and remember to attach your club,
school or company logo.
We would prefer the logo was in Jpeg format, or even a high resolution
PDF will do to begin with.
We will then create a mock up label design and email you a draft copy in
PDF format. If you decide to proceed with an order, we will send you a
physical mock up of the actual label, on a bottle, before we proceed
with production
Q: Are there any additional artwork or setup costs?
Generating basic label artwork for your promotional beverage is included in our price. However, if you have access to a graphic designer and would like to provide you own artwork, feel free to contact us to discuss your ideas. br /> Alternately, we can provide graphic design services if you would like to explore some really “whiz bang” ideas for your label. Anything is possible, it just depends on how much you want to pay!
Q: Are there any additional deliver costs?
PBA will provide a firm quotation to you, tailored to your specific needs, upon request. This quotation will normally be an FIS (Free into Store) price unless otherwise specified.
Q: How are the drinks delivered?
We have the option to deliver on pallets where you have
storage facilities available and forklift access. (Many of the sporting
clubs we deal with have someone on the committee who owns a factory or
business who is happy to take delivery of the drinks & store them at no
cost – just ask around your club, you might be surprised!)
Alternately, if your club, school or business doesn’t have a forklift,
we can usually arrange a “Man with a Van” who comes armed with a trolley
and a strong back. We’ll sort this out when we’re doing our quote for
you.
Q: How do we pay for the drinks?
To keep our prices as low as possible we ask for a 50%
deposit upon placement of order, with the balance payable on delivery.
If you’re running a fundraiser, we can show you how to pre-sell a large
portion of your order, which means you’ll collect the cash upfront,
therefore there will be no need to be out of pocket!
Our repeat customers have the option of starting an account with us, but
we have to get to know each other first!
Q: How long does it take to receive the drinks, once we place an order?
We like to make sure everything is done right – first
time, so we have the following order procedure;
Step 1.
A copy of the final artwork, in full colour is forwarded to you for
final approval. Once all information has been double checked by you, the
artwork is signed and returned to PBA, along with any samples of
critical club or company colours we need to match to.
If available, we can match to nominated PMS colours for your label.
Step 2.
Upon receipt of the signed artwork and your deposit (via cheque or EFT –
account details upon request), we will proceed with label production.
This will take between 5 & 7 working days. Once the labels are printed,
we’ll then schedule your order in our weekly production run. (we bottle
every Friday)
Step 3.
We contact you to let you know that your order is ready. We confirm your
delivery details & arrange a day & time. We also arrange for the balance
of your invoice to be paid. The goods are delivered & either a cheque is
collected / posted on the day of delivery, or an EFT payment is made.
In total, this takes between 10 & 14 working days from receipt of your
signed artwork and deposit.
